So far the damage regarding Gabe's surgery and how much pay I lose taking the time off estimates about 3k. I don't qualify for short term disability bc I'm caretaker as far as I have found and my state does not mandate the leave be paid so my company won't. Should I just.. set up a fund? Hhhh
