For nearly an hour during the hearing, Judge Arun Subramanian grilled DOJ attorneys over their handling of the subpoenas and accompanying docs. DOJ admitted that it made statements that were “not correct” in its filings to the magistrate judge, but claimed the errors were “inadvertent.”
