That lawsuit was Epic Games v Apple over in app purchases in Fortnite so I don't think it's just Apple bullying small players. Calling subscriptions "digital goods" does strike me as sophistry, and 30% is absurdly high, but afaict Apple was mostly equal opportunity in their BS.
