29-07-1911 BOLIVIA: union organiser Petronila Infantes, known as Doña Peta, was born in La Paz, Bolivia. Becoming a cook at a young age, at 24 she helped found the Culinary Union, which was part of the anarchist Women Workers’ Federation.
