@richmondcouncil.bsky.social I took some visitors to Richmond yesterday eve thinking it would be nice to walk around after our meal. The place was full of bin bags & the pavements were filthy. I was thoroughly embarrassed. I can’t be the only one who thinks this. Where does our Council Tax go? 🚮
