If I was to accept that position I would have to recognize that the only way to cure such bigotry would be to take actions which would put me at odds with the law. Which, given my current field of employment, is not tenable.

While I do believe they are knowingly evil in the way they harm others for their own social gain, even that isn't ultimately irredeemable. But the problem is that they would have to acknowledge it and actually change their behavior for it to count.
