I don't think it's ethical for St. Louis Post-Dispatch to run a puff piece on a candidate even tho he doesn't have an opponent in Tuesday primary or Nov general. The candidate campaigns just like one with an opponent to reduce drop votes and increase influence on candidates/issues endorsed/opposed.
