Some need to removed. Corruption.

Nine seats were meant for a smaller population. The number of seats should have been increased long ago. It’s a disservice to We The People.

Not pack— calibrate and adjust to cure the bad faith, trickery and lawlessness that resulted in the current composition. Justice demands this remedy.

✋🏻 whoever the democrats running for POTUS will be, one of their top priorities has to be SCOTUS reform otherwise don’t run. All of this crap has to be overturned, we need our rights back and then some.

Going to have to pack Democratic Leadership first. Cuck Schumer and Hokum Jeffries would never go for packing the courts; the Parlimentarian might object.

1. Pass legislation tying the number of SCOTUS judges to the number of regional circuits or appellate circuits(12 or 13, respectively). 2. Pass legislation holding SCOTUS to the same ethics standard as any other federal employee. 3. Enact 12 year term limits for SCOTUS justices.

I don't even think it's "packing" the Court. I mean, the reason there are 9 justices is because once we only had 9 circuit courts; now there are 13.

Term Limits for all.

Absolutely. And immediately institute term limits on all justices, including the current ones.

I think we need to replace congress, all of them; and re-do the bench and our elections systems. We need to restore our rights and fix the broken thing. Not a Band-Aid, not a kludge, a real fix.

If we have to pack the courts, then the courts are already fucked beyond saving.

How would you “pack” the Supreme Court?

Packing the court will do nothing to fix the underlying problems .. allowing politicians, with an agenda, to appoint judges with a similar agenda. Judges should be appointed by a panel of their peers, that understand the rule of law and can scrutinize the rulings of the appointie.

Don’t say “pack.” Never say “pack.”The word is always “expand.”

And what happens when Republicans gain control again? This is short sighted. Term limits and enforceable ethics rules are what’s needed.

We wish that President Biden had done this. He faced a GOP blockade in Congress. But, it can still be done if Dems can gain the majority.
