I’ve seen people deflect in more dignified ways, but whatever works for you mate. The incontrovertible fact remains that Italian cuisine is ranked #1 and is the only cuisine protected by UNESCO in its entirety. Consider yourself extremely lucky to have been able to try it, not everyone can 😌🤷♂️
