The reason you have to qualify w/ "traditional" & "gastronomic meals" is b/c the only cuisine protected as a whole is the Italian one - so I feel I should thank you for proving my point. You also proved it by entirely evading the fact that Italian cuisine is ranked 1st everywhere🤷♂️
