That’s not what he’s doing (and I’ve taken PhD level stats classes). I’ve no idea if you understand statistics or not, but you’re struggling to understand how to extrapolate from data, that’s for sure. In addition to your struggles with basic English comprehension.

I teach statistics for a living and can report that the default assumption is that a subgroup (for example, of male people) does not differ significantly from the main group, and if someone wants to argue otherwise, then the burden of proof is on them.
