1/3 this is a big struggle for me rn, so I have a big list of things that might help, mostly what has been working for me. Gentle soap that's maybe moisturizing, something to exfoliate when washing(but also not good to exfoliate too much so be careful with that),

2/3 usually more fragrance free lotions tend to work better. brands I know are lubriderm, cerave, and palmers(this one is basically the goat) if your face is especially bad use something more gentle, maybe even marked as "barrier repairing"

3/3And to top it off after lotion you can use a layer of bath&body oil to help lock it all in, if feet and hands are bad something heavy like Vaseline with socks. I also see people recommending humidifiers if you're somewhere dry, and not too hot of showers. Hopefully this is helpful in anyway

Thank you for taking the time to write so many suggestions! I've had allergic reactions to stuff I've used in the past so I have to be more picky about it but I'll give some of these a try
