Roman won't replace Hubble. Hubble still has unique value to science, but it's on it's last gyroscope (leg). We really need a Hubble servicing mission to renew it. And you know what'd be really cool? An app that allows people to view whatever Hubble is looking at live. No control. Just a viewer.
