Labour has a long history of pretending to support electoral reform to win votes, then walking away when they get minority dictatorships through FPTP. Same with overall Lords reform.

I sincerely hope I'm wrong, and I admire your indefatigablity, but Burnham won't introduce any electoral reform that will be enacted at the next GE. He cant fight too many fronts at once.
