This statement in and of itself should be enough for a state murder charge

These racist thugs are racially profiling people and then murdering them while refusing to wear body cams and then lying about what happened.

Such excuses for murder are invalid - even those presented entirely in the passive voice.

police do not have a constitutional privilege to kill people just because they fear for public safety. The Fourth Amendment isn’t in great shape but it‘s in better shape than that.

I just don't understand how a sworn agent can take someones life unless the person presents an immediate threat of death or injury to another person. Otherwise, their weapon should never be drawn let alone pointed at someone or discharged. They really don't need to be armed.
