Maybe it’s helpful to think of it as “barfing like a bee.” A honeybee barfs its collected nectar, which is then re-supped and barfed again (and again, and again) until its mixture with enzymes from bees’ stomachs turns it into honey. *There is no honey without the barfing.* So barf away. 😏
