Democrats have a beautiful opportunity to take this dude down but they won't hold a rebuttal midterm in Texas where they could spend the good part of an evening detailing Paxton's shenanigans, or putting forth the GOP agenda like getting rid of Social Security per Mike Lee of Utah.
