Not (A.) I.So, I find it pretty problematic that the Canada Revenue Agency is recording conversations btwn citizens & agents for the purpose of training their AI. A recorded message informs you of this prior to speaking to an agent and there is no opting out. You have to give your SIN, DOB, address etc. 🤯☠️
