ICE uses the tactic of ramming cars for no other reason than to initiate a violent and chaotic scene. This also gives them a ‘defense’ when they shoot an unarmed person. There is absolutely no reason they can’t follow a vehicle until it reaches its destination and then apprehend people.

ICE is a direct descendant of slave patrols, state militias, the Klan and every other armed formation mustered to violently enforce the white supremacist power structure. What we see today is a consequence of white people allowing that power structure to exist. White people must remove it at once.
