there's a lot of value to good reviews, too! most renters have at least one bad experience, whether it be unmaintained property, expensive rent hikes, unresponsive landlords, etc. it's a lot harder to find an affordable place with no issues & a good landlord let's help each other find those places
Kellyfor what it's worth, good reviews might be more valuable for other users than bad reviews. it's a lot harder to find a good landlord than it is to find a bad one
