JK, Flora, and Gabriel are ones with the nature, so of course they like plants and flowers. I don’t know much about plants and flowers, but they do like them Heck, JK even has a pet “Venus flytrap.” (A.k.a. a plant creature similar to Audrey 2 from Little Shop of Horrors)
