He basically needs Biden 2020 levels with suburban whites in the DFW suburbs in Collin, Denton and Tarrant, Hillary 2016 levels in the Rio Grande Valley and a hell of a lot of Black voters. He needs about 50,000 more votes in Harris than Beto got in 2018.
