What is everybody's favorite stuff to listen to while drawing or painting? I like either music I can sing along to or lectures by famous authors or researchers
I have two approaches, depending on mood:
—one beloved album after another that I know so well, they amount to background noise
—ambient music that's not downbeat or droning
I absolutely cannot listen to anything with words I'll pay attention to. Very important to go into a purely nonverbal state.
