KTOO Public MediaAlaska Department of Corrections spokesperson Betsy Holley said a man named Jose Manuel Rivera-Rivera was at the Juneau prison on a federal custody hold from Wednesday until today. She said he was transferred to Anchorage Correctional Complex Friday.
