Safe Khan

In our study, we show that critical point drying (CPD), a resin-free sample prep method, enhances contrast in X-ray phase-contrast imaging of brain tissue, with largely preserving ultrastructure.
 ✅ Compatible with femtosecond laser & plasma-FIB milling ✅ Effective for stained and unstained tissue
