These are cartoons that were published in the British press, I don't remember any outrage from English based politicians, media, or commentators.

It's a dumb T shirt image he shared briefly. There are far worse things happening. Strangely I find myself disapproving of the image, for the reason that Farage - unlike many on the far right - has never openly supported capital punishment as far as I know anyway.
