If Results hold unfortunately Michigan will have elected a Republican Senator in November. I'll still vote for Democrat because I'm not selfish and sit at home and cry, but I don't like Sayeed chances in November. Hope I'm wrong.

I think you’re underestimating how well he can appeal to middle-of-the-road voters. He’s not a “scary leftist”. He’s a policy wonk with government experience and a medical degree. He’s a great general election candidate.
