I bookmarked this a couple days ago, because -- while I can see it in use in your examples -- I'm still struggling to wrap my head around how to apply it. And I think it's important to be able to, so I'm gonna keep working at it.

One thing I should maybe clarify: this is primarily a way of putting bad faith arguments in context *for people who are not the ones making those arguments* It's a way to help others correctly perceive what is happening, not a tool for persuading liars

That makes sense. I imagine in a one-on-one interaction, a bad faith arguer would balk at having their frame exposed as such.
