If the role of PM was like any regular job and we were on permanent appointee number 7 in 10 years: Either 1) idiots are the majority of the appointing panel (MPs mostly who are appointed by us) 2) only idiots "want" the job. Im encouraged by the possibility of personal growth, but fear the worst
