If you like history, I highly recommend the Vasa museum in Stockholm. Skansen is also a nice open-air Swedish history museum/zoo. If you like amusement parks visit Gröna Lund. Kayaking the archipelago is nice too. Uppsala has some places to visit too, like Gustavianum and the Linnaeus Museum.
