Someone should offer sheet Zegras 1x$9.5M. It would cost a 1st, 2nd and 3rd round picks. If Philly matches it walks him to UFA next summer and you can sign him then. If they don't match you get Zegras and can extend him in January. If you can't re-sign him you recoup the picks at trade deadline.
