I keep hearing that Trump's poll numbers are cratering and that he's reached a 'new low,' but then I see he's polling at 39 percent. Always 39 percent. Why is this? Why isn't he polling at 29 percent? Or 19 percent? What do 4 in 10 Americans see in this idiot?
