This actually would be a very funny, & apt, outcome. DOJ--& Harmeet, in particular--are using HSI (the investigative wing of ICE) to do their dirtiest work for them, going so far as using customs summonses to get call records fr journalist Georgia Fort. HSI doesn't have the same rules as FBI does.
