In the main thread topic i’m responding to you’ll see “they” was a pronoun for the companies asking for me to “please support them” by turning off adblock/ giving $5. The “they” I do support when I can are community people who would likely support me, a community member, too
But they are supporting you by providing the information you need in that moment…should that service be done for free, or because these people don’t know you personally they’re not worthy of compensation for their work?
also because I can go to the internet and search the key terms and find other outlets providing the info for *gasp* ad views *gasp* you want capitalism here it is
