This is clearly a post-truth kind of statement. It's obviously not true. Everybody sort of knows that, but he says it anyway because his goal is to manipulate an emotional response. What's the minimum to make a society "civilized"? a) respect for human life, b) respect for the truth. FAIL FAIL
