I have CVI in one leg from damage from a massive DVT. It looks almost normal. If his swelling is from CVI, it must be severe. He may also be wearing support hose, which adds to the bulky look. I had CHF from another issue, but I recovered. Glad you are well now and that your legs & fee recovered!
