@stephruhle.bsky.social We cannot eliminate all bacteria and viruses. Nor should we try to do so. There will always be Endemic viruses, which is why we have a phenomenal Adaptive Immune System. But to develop Acquired Immunities and a healthy immune system, we have to use it.
