It's crazy that these guys were stabbing each other in the mud wearing slick bottom turn shoes for hundreds of years. The armor was so intricate, so advanced, but the shoes barely moved for soooo long. Also, is that glaive, polearm, central Germanic inspired? I like the way it's fixed to the pole.

The left one. It is fastened to the pole on the side rather than socketed on the end. Your last few pieces have socketed glaives but they appear more polished where as this glaive/ hook combo seems more modular. More wartime sten gun vibes.
