Literally. That was his job at the time. :P And yeah, I've been there too. Retail is hell on earth.

Yup! Initially, I picked it up from the likes of Squidward in the Krusty Krab, Raymundo Rocket almost losing it at someone persistently asking about a "fish taco" in Rocket Power, and the Barista telling off Jodi Comer for holding them up in Free Guy. You knew the writers were there.
