lrt; I've never posted about it, but I have axial spondyloarthritis, an autoimmune degenerative SI joint/spine disease. I'm lucky enough that treatment has greatly reduced my pain and slowed progression, but it'll never be gone. It's underdiagnosed in women (took 8 years for me) so. Awareness! 😎
