To be good at engineering doesn’t require memorizing it requires being able to logic things out. However, since it is difficult to write a test to distinguish that characteristic, it’s possible to get an engineering degree and still be bad at logically figuring things out.

I have worked in the manufacturing business since 1979 and I have worked with many stupid engineers and have fixed their drawings and prototypes.

No one is arguing your point that’s some MAGA or not stupid. Majority of them are I know a lot of them I work with a lot of of them. Some know how to do something very well, but overall don’t get it. Smart ones are evil voted to hurt people.
