My only Purnell anecdote: met him a couple of times via friend of a friend, a very nice guy on a personal level. First time was during the MPs expenses scandal and I found it hilarious that he was putting numbers into an app called iExpenseit. Oddly he didn’t see what I found funny

There are some worries about Purnell… but he’s not a total moron and I don’t think he’s particularly corruptible… this is how he should be acting.
