I do think Minnesota should transition hog farms to earthworm farms and produce worm bacon. Since all hogs and terrestrial earthworms in Minnesota are invasive and threaten the environment and deciduous forests (worms) it'd be a reasonable transition and worms are less stinky than CAFOs.
