Should be a beautiful night tonight, for the Ottawa Lebanese Festival (750 Ridgewood Avenue, across from Mooney's Bay Park). Last night I had dinner with Coun Hill and this afternoon, a soggy time with Coun Leiper. The Festival concludes tomorrow night.
