walked by Pröst last week as they were taking their streatery down... walked back 3 days later and it was going back up again! total chaos

I can see how it looks that way! The old (temporary) streateries are required to come down before the new (permanent) ones go up. Makes it feel a bit duck-season-rabbit-season out here.
