I had some... issues... this week. I could not for the life of me recall when I stopped using chopped salads. Was it two weeks ago, or more? They're a godsend for disabled people. You bake a piece of chicken, throw it on top of the salad and you have a low spoons, nutritious meal. 😢😭😢
