This is a mind blowing number of airbnbs. “Ms Rowe said there were 49,985 short-stay listings across the state compared to 22,347 long-term rentals. “The Mid North Coast had 4,676 Airbnb listings to 584 long-term rentals and the Northern Rivers… had 5,303 Airbnb listings and 393 ongoing rentals.”

I live in the northern rivers and there are people living in cars all over the region. Nearly every rest area, park or out of the way carpark or low traffic zone.
