Add Medicare to the ACA options with high enough premiums to cover the cost.. It would still be much cheaper than private insurance. Nearly half of the most highly valued companies are insurance companies. That's a rip off.

Except this time we won't be able to swap out El-Sayed for a candidate that could actually win like the party did in Maine when they realized Platner had no chance of winning. El-Sayed will burn the whole thing down if the party tries to take him out, when the truths about him start to be revealed.

'the political risks'. good god! you people still think healthcare companies and corporations should control american's healthcare. just admit - YOU WERE WRONG FOR 3 DECADES!

Medicare for all with add on insurance for those who want to pay for that is the only moral solution. Health insurance is not a good target for capitalism because the desire to make profits always trumps the desire to take care of people, unfortunately, and leads insurance companies to act horribly.

What's the centrist alternative to Medicare for All? Thoughts and Prayers, with a few exceptions like Kaine.

DSA and progressives trying to sell Medicare for all shows how little research they’ve done. It’s not free. I’ve been paying in to since 16, even retired I still pay monthly and then there’s the secondary insurance I’m required to have. And I have dental as well. It’s not free. At all.

Nobody is claiming it's free. The cost was a big attack against Bernie Sanders both times.

DSA and progressives provide a slogan and no plan and their followers gobble it up. Even AOC has moved away from the slogan and said we all deserve access to health care. Because she and Bernie never mind El-Sayed have no plan or proposal just a slogan.

El-Sayed literally has a book about the subject. Sanders had a plan and was attacked for it.

Attacking any D-aligned healthcare plan has been a national passtime for over 30 years.

lol. There’s no plan or proposal for Medicare for All. You’ve been waiting over 20 years for one from Bernie. And you’re still waiting. AOC is now talking to access to health care. She’s walking away from Medicare for all.

You seem like a happy, positive, and deeply constructive person. Definitely someone who will be within 100 miles of any solution to anything of consequence.

He does. And it has no actual workable plan. You didn’t read it. The reviews are its part memoir, diagnosis of the public policy and description of epidemic insecurity. But no plan. No proposal on HOW to fix it.

Research estimates it would SAVE the US hundreds of billions. And yes, there is a plan. It's literally in the name.
