This is going to come fairly soon, This year will be very interesting to see how the weather treats us.......It will possibly take until there is so much devastation that the powers that be actually do something?

Can tRump's pardons of violent criminals who pled guilty for their 1/6 crimes be negated and these people can be returned to prison?

There are 4 important cases in Australia atm and I'll be watching results closely. This appeal, nit.com.au/28-07-2026/2... is probably the most important as it relates to the government's duty of care to protect people from the impacts of climate change.

One would have thought that a government’s first responsibility to all its citizens was a duty of care, but here we are. Just as important is the case against Watts’ approval of Woodside’s North West Shelf venture, impacting Murujuga rock art.

Both cases relating to Murjuga and the north west shelf are incredibly important and I didn't mean to diminish them. To me a primary duty of care is central - if it exists, it's hard to argue the north west shelf should proceed.
