Thanks - I’ll look into those when I’m in a less cynical mood. D2D is a burned bridge, as far as I’m concerned. I never even signed up with them - they took over my Smashwords account and then pulled their “fuck you indies for not selling enough books” maneuver… Appreciate the suggestions!
